What we collect. Which is almost nothing.

This is a marketing site for a small consulting practice. There are no accounts, no forms, and nothing to buy. We don't run ad networks, we don't sell data, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

We collect two things: privacy-respecting analytics from Vercel, and whatever you choose to put in an email to us. That's it.

Analytics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These measure aggregate pageviews, referrers, device class, country (not city), and performance timings. They do not use cookies, do not track visitors across sites, and do not store IP addresses in a form that identifies individuals.

Email you send us. If you email brian@82wdigital.com, we receive whatever you include — your address, message, and any attachments — through our email provider.

Server logs.Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived operational logs of requests to the site for security and reliability. These may include IP addresses and user-agent strings and are retained per Vercel's policies.

Analytics tell us whether the site is fast and which pages people actually read. Email is used to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. We do not use any of this to advertise, retarget, or enrich third-party profiles.

This site does not set tracking cookies. Vercel may set a small number of strictly functional cookies for security and traffic routing; none are used for advertising.

We rely on a few service providers to run the site and communicate with you:

• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Our email provider — for sending and receiving messages.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We only share what they need to operate their service on our behalf.

Aggregate analytics are retained by Vercel per their product defaults. Emails are kept as long as they're useful for the conversation or engagement, then archived or deleted on request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold very little — usually just your email thread — these requests are straightforward. Email brian@82wdigital.com and we'll handle it promptly.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
