- Accesses and manages Google Sheets data
- Creates and manages Google Calendar events
- Operates solely for internal business automation purposes
Through Google OAuth, our automated workflows may access:
- Gmail: Email messages, metadata, and labels
- Google Sheets: Spreadsheet data and metadata
- Google Calendar: Calendar events, details, and scheduling information
- No Storage: We do not store any data from your Google account. All information is processed in real-time and passed through our automation workflows without retention.
- Processing: Data is processed temporarily and solely for the purpose of executing automation workflows (e.g., reading an email to create a calendar event).
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information accessed through Google services with third parties.
- Self-Hosted Infrastructure: All processing occurs on our self-hosted n8n instance with no external data transmission beyond the necessary API calls to Google services.
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect against unauthorized access to our automation system, including:
- Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Access limited to authorized internal use only
We do not retain any data from Google services. Information is accessed, processed for automation purposes, and immediately discarded. No logs containing personal information are maintained.
As this is an internal service for personal use:
- You may revoke OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings
- You may request information about what data the automation workflows access
- You may discontinue use of the automation at any time
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
