This site is operated by 82W Digital LLC. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “82W Digital,” they refer to 82W Digital LLC.

Case studies, essays, and practice descriptions on this site describe general approaches and past work. They are not engineering, legal, clinical, compliance, or investment advice for your specific situation, and they do not create a consulting or client relationship until we've signed an engagement agreement.

Don't make decisions that matter based solely on what you read here — email us and we'll talk about your actual problem.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• scrape or copy content at scale for commercial purposes, including to train machine learning models, without our written permission;
• use the site or any content from it to impersonate 82W Digital or to mislead people about its origin;
• use the site for anything illegal.

Normal reading, linking, quoting with attribution, and using the site to decide whether to hire us is fine and encouraged.

The site, its design, and its written content are owned by 82W Digital LLC or used under license. You may share links to pages, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution. Beyond that, don't reproduce, republish, or adapt the content without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and work described in case studies are used with permission or are otherwise publicly attributable; they belong to their respective owners.

Some pages link out to writing, tools, or services we don't operate. We share them because they're useful, not because we're responsible for what happens on them.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 82W Digital LLC and its members, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these terms limits, and nothing on this site creates or limits, liability under any separately signed engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold 82W Digital LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
